Private use of the house by you and your guests. The house is fully furnished, and the kitchen fully-equipped for self-catering.

Included are: 2 full baths with shower, towels, linens, kitchen necessities, 2 cable tvs, ceiling fans, air conditioning, alarm clocks, radio, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. and personal bathrobes.

Transport:
Abingdon, Virginia has airport service from Tri-Cities Regional Airport (TRI), located in Blountville, Tennesse, a 34-mile or 40-minute drive. We are happy to meet guests at the airport and provide transportation to and from the 1857 Section Foreman Guest House. We are also able to arrange for car rental for your stay with us.

The southern Appalachian mountains are known for their temperate climate and beauty during all four seasons. With average temperatures in the high 70s in July and high 30s in December, the Abingdon region provides pleasant spring and summer weather, colorful fall foliage in the autumn and moderate winter weather.
